Gabriele Dodero’s purposal is to riarrange with vintage and sophisticated sounds and rhythms that range from jazz to funk, the ‘old school’ blues of B.B. King, Buddy Guy, T-Bone Walker, and other black american music’s great legends. Including the powerful rock-blues style of Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan and Gary Moore.
His several musical experiences pass across classic music, jazz, funk, rock, and finally blues, the ever-present musical genre in his life. He attended renowed italian
Conservatories, studying with internationally known Maestros like Davide Simoncini, Andrea Dell’Ira, Kyle Gregory, Marcello Tonolo, Paolo Birro, Glauco Venier.
His colourful and energetic style is influenced by both classic and modern blues, with a strong 70’s funky accent. The result is a charismatic and personal sound,supported by shuffle and swing grooves.
