Ours is a cultured, refined and sensual performance suitable for audiences aged 35 and over. Under the name Atlantico Negro we took part as a trio in many festivals and music events. Now the ensemble name is Patrizia di Malta and Ida y Vuelta Project and includes voice, classic guitar, piano, double bass and percussions, but also possibly violin and / or accordion. It may be modulated according to the needs on 3/4/5/6 up to 7 elements ( for a more intimate show the trio is perfect, for the maximum rhythm you'd better choose the quintet ). Our ensemble performs a show made of 2 hours of the most beautiful songs of the last 60 years written by Brazilian and Latin American songwriters (tango-bolero-bossanova-morna...), but also French, Spanish, Portuguese and African songwriters (from Congo and Cabo Verde), and 90 minutes of instrumental (cha cha, latin jazz and samba). We can play at festivals, jazz venues, theaters and also private events like weddings and birthday parties.

Born in 2014 from the experience of Atlantico Negro trio, the Ida y Vuelta Project proposes a world-jazz that includes Joao Gilberto and Jobim bossanova, Portuguese fado, tangos by Piazzolla, South American boleros, songs of Henri Salvador and Cesaria Evora, sung in French, Spanish, Portuguese and Creole. The lead voice is Patrizia Di Malta, on piano Manfredi Trugenberger, Luca Garlaschelli on double bass, Pierluigi Ferrari on guitar, and the Cuban Armando Cornell on percussions. The number of musicians can be modulated to the needs: more intimate as a trio (voice-piano-guitar or doublebass-piano-voice), quartet or quintet (more rhythmic), and if you desire a violin or a bandoneon can be added. The show, in its various forms, is perfect for theaters and festivals as well as for wedding or birthday parties and jazz clubs. An exotic, fascinating and exciting sound.
